Adam Ball takes five-for and scores century for Claremont

Kent all-rounder Adam Ball continued his fine winter form by taking five wickets and smashing a second century for Claremont in South Africa.
The left-armer took 5-55 in 10 overs as the hosts dismissed Northern Goodwood for 237.
The 22-year-old right-handed batsman opened the reply and carried his bat, scoring an unbeaten 107 off 109 balls.
Ball hit 11 fours and a six to seal a five-wicket win with 11 overs to spare with the bulk of his runs coming through the off-side with several sumptuous shots through the covers.
