The Kent Cricket 'Who am I?' competition is back for the 2014 season, and we thought we would launch it on 1st April, to celebrate the start of the month when all the action gets going.

I regularly fielded as a twelfth man for Kent and for Kent’s opponents.
I never made my first-class debut either for Kent or any other county.
I was always restricted to a set fielding position.
My speciality was fielding: I never batted or bowled.
I prevented many sixes, but was unable to prevent fours being scored.
I once assisted in catching a batsman but the umpire rejected the appeal.
