Kent name squad for two-day friendly v Durham at Canterbury

Head coach Jimmy Adams has rotated the squad to give players some more match practice in a two-day friendly against Durham at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence.

Kent name a 13-man squad with players having the opportunity to press their claims for a place in the Specsavers County Championship side.

With the season ten days away, Matt Coles, Fabian Cowdrey, Darren Stevens and Calum Haggett return to action after sitting out the trip to Hampshire.

Meanwhile, bowlers Matt Hunn and James Tredwell rejoin the attack after a busy winter including MCC tours.

Entry and parking at both days of the red-ball fixture is free of charge with a scheduled 11am start. Food and drink will be served at the Lime Tree Cafe.
