Men’s First Team

The Kent Cricket season may have come to a close but preparations for 2015 are already under way.

Several players have already jetted off to play cricket overseas and the rest of the squad have enjoyed a rest before beginning a busy winter working on skills, strength and conditioning with several more set to play in the Southern Hemisphere in 2015.

Three senior players have been called up by England with James Tredwell on the tour to Sri Lanka while Sam Billings and Adam Riley join the England Performance Programme bat and spin camp.

Academy wicketkeeper Ryan Davies joins the ECB development programme in the New Year before making the move to the first XI squad later in the year.

We will keep you posted with the squad's fortunes during the winter months on www.kentcricket.co.uk
