Laura Marsh took two wickets as England beat West Indies convincingly in Jamaica.
The tourists took a 2-1 lead after the hosts were bundled out for 108.
Kent opener Tammy Beaumont and Georgia Elwiss fell early after England won the toss before Lauren Winfield and Nat Sciver added 95 for the fourth wicket.
The last seven wickets fell for 53 runs as England posted 220.
Laura Marsh, Jenny Gunn and Alex Hartley took two wickets each as victory was sealed in 35.4 overs of the reply.
The five-match series continues on Sunday (16 October) with the fourth ODI with World Cup qualification points at stake.
