Matt Coles and Min Patel star in opening Lashings tour win

Kent stars past and present combined for Lashings All Stars XI in a 122-run tour win at Treasure Beach in Jamaica on Thursday.

Matt Coles smashed 29 not out as the all-star side featuring several current county cricketers posted 183 for five against a Lords and Commons XI.

Former Kent and England spinner and now Kent spin coach Min Patel took 3/9 and Coles capped an all-round display with 2/12.

Kent and England Lions spinner Adam Riley is also in the Lashings squad for the BREDS Cup tournament which features sides from three clubs from Jamaica and Trinidad Red Force.
