McCarthy & Stone appeal for charity to support

The UK’s leading retirement housebuilder, McCarthy and Stone, has launched a search for a local charity to support in Canterbury, as its new Retirement Living development Freeman House starts to take shape.

McCarthy and Stone is looking pledge its support to a neighbourhood project, charity or one-off event within the local community as part of an ongoing commitment to the area.

Community groups and local charities are urged to get in touch as soon as possible by emailing requests to mccarthyandstone@mccann.com by midnight on Friday 14th April 2017.

The property will be named after Kent’s all-time leading wicket-taker Alfred “Tich” Freeman, who took 3,776 first class wickets.
