New McCarthy and Stone development under construction

Work is under way on the McCarthy and Stone development on the Old Dover Road side of The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence.
Eight one bedroom and 46 two bedroom retirement apartments are being built with completion expected next summer.
As part of the agreement, no major works will take place on matchdays and the main pedestrian entrance is now situated next to floodlight 1, next to the Kent Cricket office.
