Sam Billings named in England ODI and IT20 squads for India series

Kent wicketkeeper-batsman Sam Billings will tour India in January with England after being selected for a sequence of six limited-overs internationals.

The 25-year-old Kent Cricket Academy graduate will join his international team-mates after a spell with Sydney Sixers in the Big Bash League later this month.

Ben Duckett, Steven Finn and James Vince all miss out on selection as the white ball side continues to progress under Morgan and head coach Trevor Bayliss, which has seen England win nine of their last 12 ODIs.

Selectors have also announced a 15-man IT20 squad for the India series featuring three ODIs and three IT20s during the three-week tour with the ODI opener taking place on Sunday 15 January in Pune.
