Tash Farrant took four wickets in two matches for Western Fury in the Women’s National Cricket League.

The left-armer from Sevenoaks took 3/59 in ten overs after Queensland Fire won the toss and batted first.

The hosts posted 250-7 at Rooty Hill after winning the toss before dismissing Fury for 143 with Farrant the final wicket to fall for 6.

Charlotte Edwards helped South Australia Scorpions to a 62-run win against Victoria Spirit in Lindisfarne on Saturday before a 33-run Duckworth-Lewis defeat v ACT Meteors in Canberra on Sunday.
